Choosing a home is also about finding a location that suits our needs and wants. We need to live in a neighbourhood that is deemed safe and accessible, and we want to live in a place that has created a sense of community with the local businesses sharing that section of the city. Bridgeland is just that place, being safe and accessible, and shared by a blend of new and historic businesses.

Lukes Drug Mart and the Bridgeland Market have been members of the community for decades and are often thought of synonymously with the community name. Both are active in hosting seasonal community events that draw in new people, as well as provide something different for local residents to check out.

Some of the notable eateries in the area worth checking out include Shiki Menya for ramen, Sushi Bar Zipang, LDV (La Dolce Vita) for pizza and amazing meatballs, Cannibale for cocktails, Blue Star Diner for brunch, and Baya Rica for coffee and quaint hangs in an old house. All of these places are within walking distance of each other, and within walking distance of the listing pictured here.

The best information on Bridgeland can’t be found online, but rather by parking and walking around the community. For more information on the listing mentioned, visit MLS C4145983.
