Elkin spent the last 7 years living in a two-storey, century old home in Inglewood. He loved the craftsmanship and character of his home. Elkin decided to go back to school recently, and the details he loved about the house seemed daunting to maintain with his upcoming school schedule.

“The location was so familiar, and the area I lived in has lots of green space, which was perfect for my dog Lulu. I wanted to stay in Inglewood, but couldn’t find what I was looking for there. I was looking for something that was less work, was comfortable for my family to stay in when they visit, and was dog friendly inside and out. Peter took me to so many homes, but nothing felt right. I told him I wanted to take a break from looking. Peter continued to look for homes on his own. One day he called me to tell me he had found the place, and I reluctantly went. He was right."

I found Elkin a two bedroom condo in Bridgeland with a patio, street access, close proximity to transit, and lots of places for him and Lulu to walk.

“Lulu is happy, I can walk to the train to get to school, and I have street access in a condo. I don’t have to worry about the upkeep of an older home, and I have enough space for family to visit and stay. It feels just as good as the Inglewood house, but is easier.”
